Our telephone counselors assist with problem resolution and suggest options to help members with personal issues of any size.Members receive free unlimited telephone counseling services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for multitude of issues including depression, anxiety or stress, conflicts at work or home, reliance on alcohol, drugs, tobacco or food, sexual, physical or emotional abuse, loss and grief and change and transition.
Nurse Hotline
Good health starts with asking questions and knowing where to go for the answers. Nurse Hotline offers toll-free access to experienced registered nurses, 24 hours a day, 365 days per year. Our hotline nurses are an immediate, reliable and caring source of health information, education and support. Our nurses provide information based on physician-approved guidelines, including general information on all types of health concerns, answers about medication usage and interaction, translation services for non-English speaking callers, etc. Better-informed, healthier individuals are key to reducing healthcare costs. Nurse Hotline gives you necessary information to help with healthcare. In addition to preventing unnecessary emergency room visits, you receive quick, sound medical information from trained RNs.
Diabetic Supplies

Dental Care

Before scheduling an appointment, the member will call the number on the back of their card to speak with a Patient Advocacy representative. The representative will contact providers in the network to ensure the dental office understands the Dental Care discount card and is accepting new patients. The representative will then contact the member to provide several different dental care locations so the member may select the provider that most meets their specific needs and book an appointment.
Pet Care
The Pet Care Savings Program is designed to save members money on everything for their special family member - their pet! All the pets in the household can take advantage of this program. The Pet Care Savings Program is not insurance. With the Pet Care Savings Program there is a 25% discount at network veterinarians on most procedures, plus savings of 10% to 30% on pet products and services at participating merchants. The Pet Care Savings Program also includes a free pet ID tag and confidential 24-hour pet location service in the event of a lost pet.
Pharmacy Discount
The neighborhood pharmacy program assures members the lowest price on prescription drugs, saving 10% to 60% on most prescriptions.It's simple to use. The member simply presents the membership card to the pharmacist with the prescription. The pharmacist calculates the discount and the member pays the discounted price. No other forms required.

We recognize the importance of overall coverage from any network, especially the physician and hospital networks. In effort to ensure the best coverage for all of our members nationwide, we have a broad range of PPO providers. The different networks can be blended together to create the best state-by-state coverage.The Galaxy Health Network has been our standard physician and hospital benefit for some time. In addition to Galaxy we are introducing ppoNext and Beech Street Network. With the availability of three different networks, clients can now evaluate which network provides the best coverage for their target audience. Our clients will also have the option to blend the networks, thus assigning the best network per member, based on the coverage in the member’s respective state. The consumer can also choose their network or networks.

LifeLock Identity Theft Protection
Identity Theft Protection is on hand 24 hours a day to help protect the members’ good name by providing comprehensive, personalized prevention and recovery services. Prevention services include a test to help determine vulnerability to identity theft and preparation of a Personal Protection Plan including tips on how to avoid a theft event. If a member does become a victim of identity theft access to a recovery advocate is available to review credit reports, place fraud alerts, advise member of victim’s rights and provide a checklist of the steps the victim must take to resolve the incident. Discounts on personal protection services, ranging from secure, locking mailboxes to personal recovery assistance, are also available.

Our Long-Term/Elder Care program is designed to provide assistance and support to members dealing with the aging of their parents and family members. TelaDoc Medical Hotline
Our service is a national network of licensed primary care physicians providing cross coverage consultations 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Consulting physicians diagnose routine, non-emergency individual medical problems, recommend treatment and prescribe short-term medication (when appropriate) over the telephone. Members can access this service wherever they happen to be: home, office, hotel room, or vacation campsite. Members simply make a phone call and, in most cases, speak to a doctor within three hours.
Vision
Coast to Coast (CTC) Vision has contracted with over 12,000 eyecare locations nationwide. Members save on eyeglasses, contacts, eye exams and surgical procedures.The CTC provider network is the most comprehensive in the U.S. and includes ophthalmologists, optometrists, independent optical centers and national chain locations such as Pearle Vision, JCPenney Optical, Sears Optical, Target Optical, LensCrafters, and EyeMasters.
Roadside Assist
Roadside Assistance is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to assist members when owned or leased vehicles are disabled as a result of unavoidable circumstances. Members will only have to pay for any non-covered expenses or covered costs in excess of the 15 miles per occurrence maximum. Coverage is extended to the member, spouse, and dependent children up to 21 years of age permanently residing at registered address when driving any vehicles that they own or lease for 12 months or longer.
